Together We Can Do More

My muse and I have been in the study for a while now and since then things literary haven`t been the same - we are churning out one literary masterpiece after the other.

We surely are a winning team.

Good old William Shakespeare and other griots should be a huge flame ball of envy in the face of the classics we are releasing to a discerning audience.

With the going at this rate there can be no looking back or parting of ways between my muse and I. The only parting we can settle for is the parting of the waters of an occean to allow ease of passage.

ELECTION 2009

On April 2009 my beloved country held an election for provincial and national legislators. To make it easy for patriots and other civic-minded South Africans the president declared the day a public holiday.

As it has been the case since our first democratic elections in 1994 I was at hand to do my patriotic bit by voting and encouraging many others to do the same.

Patriots and the civic-minded look forward to our brand new legislators being men and women of honour, true to their words.

The coming five years will reveal whether our faith in them was correct or not.

Quite a while...

Been away for quite a while, since last October to be precise. Am not sure whether to be blame it on my muse for having had been on an extended holiday or better still to own up to it all for having had abandoned my muse.

Questions, questions, questions and even more questions! Where are the answers - will there ever be answers?

Let`s leave these many questions with no answers for a while to simmer or even cool down a bit. Who knows, these many questions may perchance answer themselves!

Sparing us the pain and toil of seaching for answers.

Let me settle for the fact that I have been reunited with my muse and that together we can do much more for the good of all.
